Bridging finance can be for a purchase or refinance. Our loans are funded by private investors, low profile private funds / financial institutions or hedge funds. Our rates range from 0.75% to 2% per month and can be on a first or second charge basis.

Each deal is assessed individually and terms are offered on a case-by-case basis.
